Nor would this apprehension howsoever extravagant it
might be apt to appear to a hasty view be apt to appear, be found
altogether without ground, I mean by the reader, if any such there
be, where patience on this occasion will carry him even more so
far as to to the length of the simple matter of fact.

from us by those noble persons on p.285 than is taken
from us by the same noble persons in the their single character
of Prothonotary on King's Bench on p.286.

Nor is this apprehension any more than so many others we
have been alarmed with altogether a groundless one. For
