Ch. Partialities or Inconsistencies.
Ch. Appearances of Partiality Symptoms of Partiality

In the ex instances that will are here about to present
themselves to view the imputat inconsistency is an imputation
which it is supposed will hardly be found infallible:
but whether in the production of the
design, and in particular that sort of design
which has for its object that undue favour or disfavour
which bears the name of partiality, is a distinct another
question.

In the present view the documents themselves in the condition in which as they
here present themselves form the sole ground of whatever
whatsoever degree of suspicion has been produced: seems
history, just as considerations, form one part of it.
