production of this Committee of the House of Commons behold a fruit of it.

any Committee of that House entrusted with the authority would visit any

empire, without carrying with it those whatsoever powers
are necessary for the ensuring either as well disobedience obedience
to its orders in has correctness compleatness as well as correctness
in whatever answer is returned in consequence information is transmitted.
