Parly Reform Sinecures
They propose the substitution by way of retrenchment:
but the more waste or as nothing to the other mischiefs.
From By the first Committee Sinecures there be received
a sort of coldness treatment savouring of coldness and
indifference: by the second Committee they have been

in their minds matter rather of satisfaction than any contrary

made of those good things, none have appear could
be discovered by them as having since as yet taken place:
and that in line of Sinecures Pensions have to the
purposes in question been applied and this "by authority
"of Parliament".
