Parly Ref. Sinecures

and what

Of the view taken of the subject by this second Committee
the account which it gives is – that it "corresponds
in principle, and differs only in degree from that of the
former Committee.

What the view is that was taken of the subject by the former
Committee has here been seen – what the there is
indeed to which the name of a principle can be bestowed
applied seems not very easy to discover: and what
principle is meant by principle remaining thus in obscurity
what is meant by degree remains in correspondent
obscurity. But whatsoever cloud may be found hanging over through the points of agreement and disagreement
between these the two Committees may not be so
that or
some opinions peculiar to recommendations entertained at least by the second Committee
may by the help of a little attention be perhaps discovered.
