Magna Charta perpetually makes to who it gives no reason
never where it is .

Money being found seen lying ready for use in a vast mass, as if in the
state of treasure trove, the only difficulty that is found
is in the knowing determining what to do with it. Every imaginable place
place is regarded that can be imagined for it is looked to as a fit place, in comparison
of the pockets to which it belonged, and out of which it
has regularly been forced, forced from men in countless who in multitudes and unneeded
multitudes are regularly ruined by the loss of it.

On the occasion of In looking into this fee-fund, a sort of parallel
and supplement to it is discovered under the name bearing the name of
the Dead fund: The money in it is lying dead is dead? and
whence does has that disaster happened to it? Of the Court business of the judicatory
in which this heap of dead matter is seen lying, such
is the management, that the money substance of the people being
forced engulphed into it in large masses, multitudes are
thus bereft of their property for want of the power to call for
it: some know not that it is there, care being taken that
it shall not be suffered to come to their knowledge
knows no if perchance they know of its being there (for in all
means of coming at this knowledge one propriety afforded withheld from
to them to know better than to claim it, because knowing that it
no chance for obtaining it would be afforded them without
their having first spent bred out, and in the same shop for the more
money than the amount of it, finding that it takes their
chance for getting it they must would have to begin with sacrificing
more than the amount of it.
