As if the said Commiss.rs or any 3 of them shall make Complaint in Writing to any
of the said Governors Trustees directors managers or other persons who have the Appointment
of the watch, that any watchman or patrole is not Sufficient able and diligent in the performce
of his duty and shall request that he may be discharged such person shall be discharged
accordingly & some more sufft able & diligent appointed in his place.
