Abode to the
Secretary of

And be it further enacted
that on or before the First Day of
October after the Appointment of the said
Commissioner shall be made and notified
in the London Gazette all and every
Person & Persons letting Lodgings or
letting any House or Houses X but in

on the Trade or Occupation of a Pawnbroker,

or old Building Materials, all and every
the Dealers in old Furniture; old Cloathes
or any second hand Thing or Commodity
whatsoever; All and every the Boiler
or Boilers of the Flesh of Animals Horses,
Refiners of Gold & Silver, Working or other
Silver Smiths, Stable Keepers or other
Person letting any Horse Mare or
Gelding for Hire shall give Notice
in Writing, of his her or their Name &
Place of Abode to the Secretary of the
said Commiss:rs And the said Person or
Persons letting any Horse Mare or Gelding,
for Hire shall at the time of giving
Notice of his or their Name & place of
Abode, likewise give in a list
specifying the colour and other descriptive
