shall be found a second time walking,
being loitering, playing or looking on
or wandering about as aforesaid every
such Person, notwithstanding he may
be able to shew that he has some Master
or Mistress, Parent, Relation or other
Person, who will take care of him and
answer for his good Behaviour and
notwithstanding he may be able to give
a good Account of himself and that
he maintains himself by some Honest
Employment, shall be adjudged and
taken to be a Rogue & Vagabond. And all
and every Justice & Justices of the Peace
before whom any such Rogue Vagabond
or incorrigible Rogue or any other Rogue
Vagabond or incorrigible Rogue shall
be brought shall give immediate Notice
thereof to the said Commissioners. And it
shall be lawful for the said Commissioners
or any three of them at any time before
such Offenders, or any other Rogue Vagabond
or incorrigible Rogue is discharged, to Order
& send him to be employed in His Majesty's
Service, either by Sea or Land, or to be placed
out as a Servant, Apprentice or Workman
in some useful Calling or Occupation or
otherwise to be put in some way of Employment
according to the Age & Circumstances of the
Person and as it may seem most convenient
and practicable to the said Commissioners
or three of them.
