What persons to
obey the summons
of Commissioners
to give them
information

And be it further enacted, that, all justices appointed
to act at the said Public Offices, and their Clerks, Clerks
of the peace, of arraigns, and other Clerks of any of the
Sessions holden within the said District — all High
Constables, Keepers of Jails, Houses of Correction, and
all other persons any ways concerned ministerially in
the execution or administration of criminal justice,
all Church wardens, overseers of the poor, Vestrymen,
Vestry Clerks, Trustees, Governors, or other Managers
of the Water, Constables, Beadles, Watchmen, Parole;
and all other parochial officers whatsoever and every
one of the aforesaid Persons, being in any of the said
offices within the District, as often as the said Commissioners,
or any of them, or the Secretary to the said
Commissioners shall signify in writing, that the Board
require any assistance advice, information, or other
thing from any of the aforesaid persons, towards the
execution of this Act, they shall and they are each
of them hereby required immediately or as soon as
may be to attend in person, or to give such assistance,
advice information, or other thing, as is
so required. And if any shall fail in so doing (not
having a reasonable excuse for such failure) he shall
forfeit the sum of £10.
