Commissioners to —
Appoint a Clerk to do
business of each —
Public Office — . / —
And be it further enacted that the said Commissioners
shall Appoint a Clerk within Each of the said nine divisions
to transact such business of the said Commissioners as may —
happen or arise within the same and the residing Justice at
each of the herein aftermentioned public Offices shall and he is
hereby required to Assign some Convenient place within his office
where such Clerk may sit and transact the said business and the
Ministerial Officers of the place hereinbefore mentioned shall —
immediately make report to such Clark of what has come to their
Knowledge relating to the Kings Peace and to the preventing of
crimes and the apprehending of offenders within their respective
Divisions and each and every such Clerk shall immediately
make report thereof and of every other like Information matter or
thing which shall come to his Knowledge to the said — — —
