And be it further enacted that as often as any Burglary —
housebreaking robbery or grand Larceny shall be committed within
the said district the person or persons whose house shall have
been broken and entered or who shall have been robbed, or,
whose goods and chattels shall have been feloniously taken and
carried away as aforesaid shall immediately after such Offence
committed give Information thereof to the Secretary of the said
commissioners or the Clerk of the said Commissioners at the Public Office of the Division with a description
of the thing Stolen, and of the person, and Cloaths of the Offender
and of the horse if any and other Circumstances relating to the
Offender or Offenders or any person or persons suspected to be such.
