to commissioner of —

robberies & to send
copies of Informations
Examinations & .

And be it further Enacted that all and every Justice
and Justices of the Peace as soon as he or they shall receive any
Complaint or take any Information of any robbery house breaking
burglary or Grand Larceny committed within the district of the —
Metropolis or shall committ to prison or let to Bail or mainprise
any person or persons charged with any or either of the said felonies
shall give immediate Notice thereof in writing to the Secretary of the said
Commissioners together with a Copy or copies of all and every such —
Information or Informations examination or Examinations and
Confession or Confessions as may have been taken on the occasion —
of or respecting the said felony. /— .
