Every Warrant or
Precept signed by a
Justice acting within
the District to be of
force all through the
District without being
backed

And be it further enacted that every Summons
Warrant or other Precept or Order signed by any Justice
or Justices of the peace Acting within the said District
shall be of Force and Effect to all Intents and purposes
whatsoever in all and every Place and Places within
the said District notwithstanding the place in which
such Summons Warrant Precept or Order shall or
may be executed is out of the Country, of which the
Magistrate so signing it as aforesaid, is a Justice of
the peace, and although such Warrant Summons
Order or Precept shall not have been Indorsed by
a Justice of the County, where it is Executed any
Law Custom, or usage to the Contrary notwithstanding
