heard and determined

Or. and shall be
heard & determined
by the Justices of
the Division

And be it further enacted, that in all Cases where
any complaint, conviction or other matter or thing has
been directed by any Act of Parliament, heretofore made or
to be made, transacted or done and by or before any
Justice every such Complaint conviction, or other
matter or thing for any Cause arising, or happening
within the said District, shall be made heard transacted
or done, to by or before one or more of the Justices (as the
Case may require) Acting at, and in the public Office
of the Division, where the said Cause arose, or happened,
and no where else save and except any Order of Bastardy
Distress for Parochial Rates, and any Order for the
removal of poor persons; and save and except any
special business transacted by the said Commissioners
of any of them as Justice of Justices of the peace,
at their offices.
