All Offences
committed in these
Parishes to be indicted
under that Commission
Treason and Felonies
(except petit Larceny)
to be sent to the Old
Bailey to be tried

And be it further enacted, that from and after
the granting of the said Commission of Oyer an Terminer
All manner of Treason, Felonies, Misdemeanours, and
breaches of the Peace, committed in any of the aforesaid Parishes
in the Borough of Southwark on the County of Surrey shall
be enquired of by good and lawful Men before said Justices
of Oyer and Terminer and no where else — and the said
Justices shall deliver or cause to be delivered all Indictments
and Presentments for Treason and Felony except petit
Larceny, to the Justices of Oyer and Terminer and of Goal
Delivery of Newgate for the City of London at their next
Sessions to be holden in the Old Bailey and the said Justices
of Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery shall and they have
hereby authority and power to award Process upon
and to hear and determine all such Indictments and
Presentments so delivered in the manner and form
as if the said Indictments and Presentments had been
as if the said Indictments and Presentments had been
taken before the Justices of Oyer and Terminer, and
of the Peace for the City of London and they shall
all have hereby Authority and Power to arraign try
and deliver and pass Judgments on all and every
Person or persons so indicted and presented for
Treason and Felony except Petit Larceny.
