All Persons in the
sd. Parishes exempt
from serving on Juries
at the Gaol Delivery
for the County, and
Sessions of the Peace

And be it further enacted, that all and every person
and persons within the said parishes in the Borough of
Southwark, or County of Surry, who shall be liable and
qualified as aforesaid to serve on Inquests and Juries at
the said Sessions of Oyer and Terminer to be holden in
the said Borough, or County shall, after the issuing of
the said Commission, be exempt, discharged, and priviledged
and free from serving on any Inquest, or Jury at any
Sessions of Oyer and Terminer, Gaol Delivery, or Sessions of
the peace in and for the County of Surry.
