Provided that the
County Sessions of
the Peace may be
held once a Year
in the said parishes
and Jurors may be
summoned out of
the said parishes
for such Sessions.

Provided, that, nothing in this Act contained
shall be construed to restrain the Justices of the Peace
for the County of Surry, from holding a Quarter
Session once a Year, within any of the aforesaid Parishes
in the Borough of Southwark or County of Surry, nor
to preclude or prevent the Sheriff of the County of
Surry from summoning and returning any person or
persons to serve on Inquests or Juries at such Quarter
Sessions for the County so holden in some of the
aforesaid Parishes in the Borough of Southwark or
County of Surry.
