Recognizances for
Offences within the
District to be to
Appear at the
next Weekly Sessions

And be it further Enacted, that all Recognizances entered into
with Condition to prosecute, give evidence or appear to Answer for, or on
Account of any Offence / except Assault or Assault and Battery committed
within the said District, and to be tried at any of the aforesaid —
Sessions, shall be Conditioned to prosecute, give Evidence or appear to
Answer at the next Weekly Sessions to be holden in one or other
of the aforesaid Places, as the Case may be — And that all —
Recognizances entered into with Condition to prosecute, give Evidence,
or appear to Answer for, or on Account of any Offence committed
without the Limits of the said District, and within the County
of Middlesex or for or on Account of any Assaults, or Assault —
and Battery committed within the said District shall be —
Conditioned to prosecute, give Evidence or appear to answer at
the next general or Quarter Sessions, as the Case may be.
