And be it further Enacted, that where any distress shall
be made, or any Person or Persons apprehended by virtue of this
Act, the taking of such Person or Persons or of such Distress
shall not be deemed unlawful, nor the Party taking the same be
demed a Trespasser or Trespassers on Account of any default, or
want of form, in the Warrant, or Warrants, or any Proceedings
relating thereto, nor be deemed a Trespasser, or Trespassers ab
initio
on Account of any irregularity which shall be afterwards
done, permitted, or committed by the Party executing such
Warrant; But the Person or Persons aggrived by such irregularity
may recover satisfaction for the special Damage only, by Action
on the Case.
