consists of three stories
1. Ground story
2. Middle Story
3. Roof or Upper
story

The Inspection
Lodge is in the
Center — The Ground
plan of it a polygon
similar to the
ground plan of the
whole: and in diameter
20 feet

The Central part
consists of stories
besides the Cistern
which crowns the Uppermost

1. The Ground floor
is a Store-Room
2. The 1st floor is
the Lodge
3. The second floor may
serve either for a Store-room
or for the infirm
&c. The 3d Floor for an infirmary.

give elevation to
the cistern: which
must be sufficient
to enable the water
to be conveyed in
case of fire in the
manner of a fountain
from the Inspectors
