Parcels of Mr Wise's Tothill Fields Slip

And Also All that Piece or Parcel of ground with
the directing House and Out Buildings thereon A.R.P. created
containing by Admeasurement 4. 0. 38 in
the occupation of Richard Minton, containing by
admeasurement A4. R0: P38 four Acres and thirty eight Perches, be the same more or less [+] [+] (including the ground
covered by a part
of the Common Sewer
leading to the River running from North to South
Thames) to the place
towards and into
the River Thames)

and bounded on the North by the hereinafter mentioned a Piece or Parcel
of Land in the occupation of Thomas Child and
herein after mention
and on the East by meadow Lands now or late in
the occupation of Walter Belcher, and on the
West by the Waste or Common Land called Tothill Fields, and
on the South by the end of a slip of land used as in the
occupation of White and by him and as a
Road of communication between the Wharf in
his occupation called the Thames Bank Wharf and the
said Tothill Fields.

And also All that Piece or Parcel
of Ground aforesaid with the Directing House and Outbuildings therein erected, in the occupation of the
said Thomas Child, containing by Admeasurement
A6:R1:P34 Six Acres one Rood and thirty four Perches be the same more or less (including
the ground covered by either part of the said
Common Sewer) and bounded on the North
by the Walk or Road [+] [+] heretofore called
the Rope Walk
Road
, and now
called the Willow Walk
at that end thereof which at which the same
leads into the said Tothill Fields, and on the
East by in part by a small portion of Waste-ground
lying op [+] [+] half a and containing about
twenty five Perches,
and
forming part of or lying open to the said
Willow Walk and in other part by Lands now or
late in the occupation of Robt Fuller and in the
remaining part by the said Lands now or late in the occupation
of Walter Belcher and on the West by the said
Tothill Fields and on the South by the said Land in the
occupation of the said Richard Minton.
