And also all that Piece or Parcel of
Land containing in the occupation of
John White of the Wharf commonly called the
or known by the name of the Thames Bank Wharf
or Campbel and White's Wharf, Wharfinger
and Carpenter, and by him occupied and
used as his private Road, the same forming
the termination of the Road leading to Whit line of Road belonging appertaining
from the said Wharf to the to the said Wharf, and leading from the same into and through
the said Tothill Fields; which said Piece or
Parcel of Land continues by admeasurement
in length two hundred seventy and eighty five feet be the

towards the West and thereof the
soil over which
and the Bridge
under which runs
the Common Sewer
which empties itself
into the River Thames
close near to or under a
part of the said
Wharf and in breadth thirty seven
feet, be the same more or less, and is bounded
on the North by the said Land in the occupation
of the said Richard Minton as aforesaid, and
on the East by the said Tothill Fields, and
on the South by the said above mentioned Piece or Parcel of Meadow or Pasture
Land containing of Acres Roods and
and m Perches in the occupation of
John Unthank as aforesaid and on the
West by the remainder or continuation of the
said line of Road
