Clause D

Parcels of Mr Wise's Willow Walk Estate

And Also All that Piece or Parcel of Garden Ground
with the Dwelling House and Out Buildings
thereon erected, in the occupation of Thomas
Child, containing by admeasurement
five Acres, be the same more or less, and
bounded on the North by the Road or Way
called aforesaid called the Rope Walk Road or the Willow Walk leading to and from
the Waste at that end of the said Road or Walk at which the same
leads to and from the said Waste called Tothill Fields in the direction
nearly of the Row of Houses called Rochester Row erected
on the said Waste; and called Rochester Row;
and, on the East by in part viz: for ninety five feet or thereabouts
by a spot small or piece or par parcel of Waste Land [+] [+] (containing about
two and twenty Perches,
and bounded to on the
North by the said Willow
Walk, and by the on
East as also to the South
by Land in the occupation
of John Gaywood) lying between the
said contiguous to, or forming part of the said
Willow Walk and stretching from the direction
of Road thereon to the inclosed land in
the occupation of John Gaywood and in other
part as also to the South by the said land in the
occupation of the said John Gaywood [+]2 [+] and to the South
in other part by
land in the occupation
of Robert Fuller
and in other part
by land in the
occupation of James
Smith and to
the West in part by land the [+]3 [+]3 hereinafter mentioned Osier Ground in the occupation
of Joseph Higginbottom Hickinbottom
in other part by land in the occupation of
Joseph Higginbottom the hereinafter mentioned smaller Piece
or Parcel of Pasture or Meadow Land also Garden Ground Pasture or Meadow Land in the
occupation of the said Joseph HigginHickinbottom —
and in the other part by the hereinafter mentioned Piece
or Parcel of Pasture or Meadow Ground also in the
occupation of the said Joseph Higginbottom
