4. Higginbottoms

And also All that larger Piece or Parcel of
Garden Ground aforesaid with the Dwelling
House and Outbuildings thereon erected also in
the occupation of the said Joseph Higginbottom Hickinbottom
containing six Acres, one Rood, and seven Perches,
be the same more or less, and bounded
on the North by the said Willow Walk, and
on the East in part by the said Ozier Ground
and in part by the said smaller piece or parcel two pieces of Garden
Ground and in other part by
the said piece or parcel of Meadow
Ground both in the occupation of the said Joseph
HigginHickinbottom respectively as aforesaid, and on the West in
part by a line of Road [+] [+]1 which is not k
commonly known or distinguished
by any particular
name more
particular that that of
the Road running
through the Rent House
Garden Grounds, but
at its issuing issuing at right
angles and or leads to
and
from the West
leading from the West
end of the said Willow Walk and leading from
the same to the East end of the Lane leading which leads
to and from the Bridge called Chelsea Bridge (along
with having the row of Houses situate on the North side thereof
called St George's Row, otherwise Monster Row)
and in other part by a narrow slip of Garden
Ground [+]2 [+]2 of nearly the same
breadth throughout,
viz: abou fifty eight feet
feet, and or thereabouts, and
bounded on the North, West and South by
a continuation of the unnamed line of road aforesaid (of
which said Slip of land [+]3 [+]3 containing in the
whole about three Roods
the greater part [+]4 [+]4 Going towards the
South and forming the
South end thereof
together with is in the occupation of
a Cottage or Tenement thereon erected and standing by
itself is in the occupation of William Nichols
