that then and in such case the an allowance by way
of compensation for such deficiency reduction shall be made to
the said Jeremy Bentham at the rate of £
per acre (the sum being the rate per acre at which
the said Lot A hath already been purchased as aforesaid)
making for the whole number of 19 Acres as
aforesaid the sum of £ : And it
is moreover agreed that if and so soon as the said
Lot C D shall have been purchased as aforesaid the
said intended Penitentiary House shall be erected on
some part of the said Lot C D at the choice of the said
Jeremy Bentham; but that if in the judgment of the it shall at any time it shall appear
to the Lords Commissioners that the such intended purchase
of the said Lot C D can not conveniently be made take place
that then on payment by them made to the said Jeremy
Bentham of the said sum of £
the said Jeremy Bentham shall immediately proceed
to erect the said intended Penitentiary House on
such part of the said Lot A as he shall choose.
