and serving merely as a Road whereby the Wharf
communicates with Tothill Fields.
That part of Road which is wanted to be purchased
to save the Penitentiary Ground from being cut through
by the above Road

from the rest by the Common Sewer and which is proposed
to be converted into a Road the right of way
over which shall be in lieu of that the part cc
proposed of the existing Private Road bbbbcc proposed
as above to be purchased and added to the Penitentiary
Ground
Existing Road Public Road called the Willow Walk
with which the above proposed new line of Road will
communicate with Rochester Row
