and One Pounds Eight Shillings, subject to an original Ground Rent of Sixty Pounds Ten Shillings a Year, and a Land Tax of Four Pounds One Shilling and Three-pence, leaving a Net Annual Income of One Hundred and Thirty-six Pounds Eight Shillings and Nine-pence.
