Tax, Commissioner of the Turnpike, Vestryman, Corporator Parliamentary
Elector &c.

4. Privation of the Liberty of partakers of complex amusements public diversions attached
to a particular place, such as Plays, Concerts, Balls, Races, Cricket-Matches &c,

Abridgment of the liberty of frequenting enjoying agreeable
society; such as that of relations, friends, acquaintance. If Although they should be permitted to go come to him, he
cannot go to them.

6. Abridgement of the liberty of avoiding disagreeable
society, such as that of the fellow prisoners, may
be. In case of close confinement a man is not exposed to inconvenience
from that quarter: but he is
to at all events obliged to submitt on many occasions to the company of that of the Keeper of the prisoner

7 6. Liberty of putting one's self in the way of so-
opportunities of taking pleasure that may start
up occasionally accidentally start up.

in others the total privation, of the liberty
of carrying on business for a livelyhood.

10 9. Liberty of putting one's self in the way of accidental
opportunities of advancing one's fortune: such
as buying bargains, procuring customers, place
real money, gaining friends by good offices, making
advantageous matches for one's self, one's childen
&c.

Imprisonment when it imports the above no other circumstances
than those above may be stiled Simple
Imprisonment.
