General Scheme

When a Murderer has hung out his Skeleton
with an inscription. They may be suspended in rows
from the top of the outside of the Prison. so The bodies of some might may be
injected.
Let an effigy be made and dressed up in the
cloaths the Murderer wore at the time he committed
the murder, or if they are not forthcoming
those in which he was apprehended; and let the effigy
thus dressed be burnt, and the ashes scattered in
the Air.
Call the whipping Engine a Flagellator.
