Territorial Confinement and Banishment

is rather changed than abridged by Rele Banishment and
Relegation. That of taking

That of taking pleasurable exercises that require a
large space, which is apt to be taken away and by
at Imprisonment and abridged by Territorial Confine Quasi-Imprisonment
is not apt to be affected by either of the
two last mentioned species of restraint.

That of putting one's self in the way of occasional
opportunities of advancing one's fortune pleasure; and that of putting one's self in the way of accidental opportunities
of advancing one's fortune both which
were apt to be taken in vague in a manner taken
away by Imprisonment, and abridged by Territorial
Confinement, are changed apt to be by Relegation and
Banishment: changed, generally a good deal for the
worse in the former and still more so in the latter.

The Liberty of partaking of exercising any public power, is
still more apt to be taken away by Relegation and
Banishment than by Imprisonmen Territorial confinement
or Imprisonment.

The Liberty of partaking of Public diversions which
is apt to be at taken away by Imprisonment and
even by Territorial Confinement, is apt to be only changed
only by Relegation and Banishment, perhaps for the better
worse: possibly for the better.

The Liberty of taking journeys for the sake of health
which is apt to be taken away by Imprisonment;
and apt to be taken away by Territorial Confinement,
is
