breach of the penal mandate, stands upon the footing
of an original offence.
Let a 1 days Imprisonment (be set against) acquit a debt equal to a day.
Let the days income of an a labouring man day labourer or journeyman
artificer or tradesman be taken computed from the
current wages of the persons of his occupation.
Let the days income of a Housekeeper be computed
from his house rent.

part of the rent of his Farm including his House.
