I may both venture to assure you, and answer for her that no Relation you have
can love and value you more than she will do, when she comes to know you,
so well satisfied am I that you will never be wanting in whatever may —
render you deserving of it — in Short if I am capable of forming any —
Judgment at all, no Three Persons cou'd ever come together so perfectly -
suitable & agreeable in our several capacities & Relations as ourselves, among
whom there is all the Reason in the world to expect the most lasting
& uninterrupted Harmony Love & Friendship - O that the Time were
come for its Commencement from whence it may date it's Continuance
which I am satisfied will know no other period than Life itself —
Pray make my affectionate Compliments to Miss Suky & tell her I hope
your Charioteer will take more care of her charge in driving you back
to Baghurst than my Phaeton did of your humble servt. in the Post Chaise
out of Town pray let me conjure you to take care of catching Cold, & not
stay out late now the Evenings are grown Winterish raw & cold - as you
regard my Welfare be tender of your own health, and let me know how
you Do —

I have just receiv'd back a Letter which was sent me by the Post to Baghurst/
under cover from Mr. Harris wherein he tells me "The inclos'd
"came into his hands the Day before at Basingstoke & hearing I was return'd
"to London he Judg'd it proper to send it me by the Return of the Post"
which was very obliging - I am apt to think by his sending it, Mr
Woodward was not got home from Andover, and that Mrs. Mulford -
furnish'd him with his Direction to me near Aldgate. —

my Cousin Ray set out Thursday yesterday Morning for Suffolk, not without regretting
He cou'd not have an opportunity by a longer Stay, of paying her Compliments
