and that they should be seperated and divided from
that gross condensed Air which is next to the Earth; for
the Soul is Warmer or rather more burning than this
Air, which, I just said was gross and condensed; & which
may be known from hence; because our bodies that
are composed of Earthly particles are warmed and vivified
by the heat of the Soul. besides the Soul may be the easier
pass through this gross air, because of its velocity which
is superior to that of any other being. & which if it remains
uncorrupt and without alteration in likeness to itself:
must necessarily be carried in such manner, as to
penetrate and divide all that part, of the heavens —
that comprehends the Clouds the vapours and the
Winds. that is moist and Dark on account of the ——
Exhalations of the Earth. which Region when it has —
passed; and found it has arrived at a nature similar to itself,
it Stops at fires composed of thin Air and the heat of the
Sun temper'd and there finishes its Course. for then
having got to a levity and heat similar to its own, as
it were, being lost among equal weights is not moved
in any part: and lastly has that natural residence,
when it has penetrated to an Existence of its own —
properties, in which, being in want of nothing, it will
be nourished and sustained by the same means as the
Stars are. and as we are wont to be inflamed by the
fiery dispositions of the Body to almost all lusts —
