with some regret, that I could not be present. pray
remember me next meeting to Mrs Holmes and Mrs
Abbot; — I find Mr Jefferson thought I meant a Gentleman

he has no objection to it. it is very cheap, being but 2s 6d a
Yard, and costs less than Prince's Stuff, and yet is I think

by Kemp's Machine with some more Tully, 'till when
I am
Dear Papa
Your dutifull and
affectionate Son (in good spirits)
