Q.S.P. May. 11.
Dear Sam,
I am but just come home from
School to day, & find so many odd jobbs to be done
before I go into the Country on Sunday, that I
am obliged to give over all thoughts of coming
to you to Morrow: but if I should find that
I have two or three days to spare at the end of
the Holidays I shall very likely come down to
you, as you have said that you are always
glad to see your's affec: C.A.
P.S. If any thing happens particular between this &
which may make my visit inconvenient, I should
be glad of an answer otherwise you need not trouble
yourself. If I come it will be in the week after Whitsun Week.
