My Lord

The inclosed extract containing a
more particular account of the state and distinction
of the Russian fleet than perhaps your Lordship
may be furnished with from any other
quarter, I thought it my duty to lay it before
your Lordship might possibly prove not unacceptable.
If I find that to be the case and any
further intelligence should come to me which should
appear worth communicating should come to me from the same quarter I shall purpose taking the
liberty of laying it before your Lordship as soon as
