ideas of mine are thought worthy of notice, or what other
plan you would have me preserve. I wil be hastening
towards Petersbourg so as to get there or rather about
the black sea at the time when I can have an answer
to this. It is to Chremenchuck that you should
beg Sir James Harres to forward my letters unless
in consequence of any letters of later date from you
I may see cause to change my plan and should of
course write to Sir James other directions about
the disposal of my letters. If you were to beg
Sir James to send me an express with my letters it
would cost but 5 pounds English.
For any schemes of Shipbuilding here it might be
proper to send such a man as Mosberry. he might
even bring me my letters: to him I could give
instructions on the spot, and leave him to inspect
the building. It need not however appear that he
should be in Government's service but engaged
by me only. and that you send him out as at
my request on my account. neither need he know
any otherwise himself according to my plan.

It could not but be of advantage to settle a correspondence
not only at the several ports of the Baltic from where the naval stores are or may be exported but also in
the inland parts of the country where they are produced.
