a broad cape, made in short like a boat cloak or Rochaloe . It may
be of blue or of scarlet cloth, lined or not, as well not.

As to Seasons there are but two now in this country with respect to Cloaths.
Some late regulations for economy in dress have dispense with all the
division into 4 seasons.

I am much in want of Coloured Handkerchiefs.
