If I have any employment in the Crim or at Cherson I shall
probably have some land there of my own to cultivate I dare to
say the Prince would give me some. At any rate if I have any
fixed employment I shall continue contrive to have some possessions of my
own. This therefore though at present in idea only, should not
be entirely forgotten when people are searched for to execute
improvements on estates belonging to others.

and I are concerned together in these Rural Economy plans.
While I am here and contribute invention knowledge of Country
Protection &c my share should certainly be as great if not greater than
his, but than in case of his giveing his whole time to it and some
other object taking me quite from it, it would be just that there
should diminish and his increase in some degree although the affect
of about I contributed would still remain. An allowance should
also be in his favour for each engagement in which though in
effect I contribute as above yet for some reason or other it would be better
that I should not appear in the engagement. All this as I said before
I leave entirely to you.

If A & B come immediately, and you stay till Autumn,
you might come by Riga with the last ships, or if you stay still later
to Munich or Dantzig, and from thence by land through Warsaw here
where most likely Anderson and I shall be. Of this we can tis true
consult farther by letter, but in the mean time my idea is that instead
of taking a man for a servant who is fit for nothing else you might
find some clever useful fellow who would come in that capacity
one at least who had been brought up in the country and used to farming
business. Two clever fellows who would appear as Servants would encrease
the expence but little.
