You know perhaps that Sacken is recalled from
Copenhagen, that he is come here, and appointed as under
governor to Grand Duc Constantin. the Grand
Duc Alexandre has for his under governor one
Mr Pratassoff late governor of Novgorod, and
4 cavaliers viz Messrs Koushaleff, Chrouschoff,
Boudberg and de la Hayne, they are already
in office, receive a thousand roubles Salary &
are lodged at Court, there are four more to be
appointed to the youngest Grand Duc. I have
