When I reflect that this man is just setting out for his native country
to see his father & freinds after an absence of 7 or 8 years it makes me regret
most sorely my own situation in that respect and induces me almost to resolve
that no consideration shall deprive me long of such a pleasure. All my
projects indeed tend to give me an opportunity of seeing England before long thoug
it be but for a month: nor am I without hopes of accompanying my brother at
his return.
