I am Surprized that Mr. Glanville
should Entertain any apprehens any design in me: of my
Availing myself of the length of time to
bar his remedy against me for the recovery
of what may be owing to him — for when
in my Letter to him I mentioned its being so
much out of time, I accompanied it with
an Affirmance of the means I was taking
to Inform & Satisfy myself of what
might really be done — & if any
I had consulted shd have Suggested to me, that
I might take any such advantage & shd
have spurnd the advice — what delay
there has been in the Affair, has been
Mr. Glanvills own — for since I know the
contents of his Bill, I have almost incessantly employd
