I.B.

In a box of papers I here received from Notman there is a parcel of your
papers in French entitled Projet all of which I believe are crossed as copied or cancelled
but with them are 4 1/2 sheets entitled Table of Offences with this Punishments. These are
not crossed and being in English I suspect they may be left by mistake. Let me
know if these or the others be of no value that I may treat them accordingly.

March 2. 1788. I have just now received yours from Warsaw Dec 6/17. As to the
difficulties you expected to encounter, I never thought much of them, but lamented much what
you must have suffered from the idea of them. You are I hope by this time in England.
I know not well how to direct to you there, therefore I thought it best to write to 2.J.P
a few lines about a fortnight ago from Elizabeth.
