The King has been pleased to grant to Samuel Bentham
Esqr Colonel of the Regiment of Rajsk in the Service of
her Imperial Majesty of all the Russias, his Royal
License and Permission to accept and wear, in his
own Country, The Cross of the Military Order of St
George, conferred on him by her said Imperial
Majesty in Testimony of her most gracious —
Approbation of his Conduct, and also to Order
that this his Majesty's Concession and Declaration
be registered in his College of Arms.
