St Petersburg 27 June 1790
Dear Sir,
The last time I had the Pleasure of
hearing from you was by Mr Newton, who
after staying some time here & not finding the
Prince set out for Passey with the dispatches
you gave him - you will doubtless have
heard from him long ago - during his stay
at St Petersburg having been only furnished
with the progonomy money, he became in
want of a small supply - and applying
to me I paid him on your Order Rb: 100
of which you have his receipt included.
In consequence of your order I received
on your Account from the Statskery Kasmacheystvo
for your Salary - Rb: 990
there were Rb: 10 deducted for charges
which is noted in your credit - and which
I keep at your disposal along with the
money due to you, deducting the
Rb: 500 sent to the Governor of Siberia.
I have been for some time past in daily
expectation of seeing you here, which by
Identifier: | JB/541/136/001 "JB/" can not be assigned to a declared number type with value 541.
