I have already (with the approbation of Government) mentioned
the subject in Parliament; & I have taken other steps to
forward it — I was consulted in respect of buildings for a
charity much connected with this system; I mentioned that
I was in possession of a plan applicable to the purpose
which I did not then think myself at liberty to use, but
that I had hopes of obtaining further information on the
subject; for this purpose I shall request permission of
consulting you, when it suits your convenience —
I shall give every attention in my power to the
abstract of the Bill which you have been so good as
to send to me, it contains many good provisions which
may be adopted in Ireland.
I beg leave to repeat how much I feel myself
obliged by communication with which you have honoured
me.
I am, Sir,
with much respect
Your most Obed:t
Humble Servant —
J. Parnell
Jery Bentham Esq.
