respecting my pursuits that can
make me postpone any longer
the pleasure I promised myself
in embracing a Father who is
so anxiously interested in my
Welfare. In the Course of a Month
I hope to inform you of my having
obtained Permission.
My last letter from my Brother
is dated Septr 3d 1789. I know not
what he is about, but am happy to
hear through you that he is well
The Seeds you desire, I will endeavour
to procure you, but cannot promise
till I return to that Part of the Country
myself.
Augt 22 d I am this Instant setting out
from hence & before I seal this, let me
once more repeat my wishes that you
may long enjoy the Same health and
Spirits which appear in your last Letter
and believe me, dear Sir, to be with the
sincerest Affection your dutiful Son
