I am extremely sorry that you have had
occasion to Send to me a second time for an
answer to your letter.
The parcells which you accuse to
are still in the Office with many others, all of
which would have been sent away, had there
been occasion to dispatch a Messenger to Ireland,
as they are rather too bulky for the post, and
if you have any others. I shall have pleasure
in forwarding them by the first opportunity.
I have taken care to prevent
the removal of Chapman from the Hulks and
have instituted an inquiry into some circumstances
he has stated, without committing
