wheels which are to drop alternately into connection
with the greater wheel shall be sure to not to drop
cog upon cog, but cog into space between cogs.
cutting the cogs to a sharp edge would I suppose
answer this purpose: but of this he must have
had experience and be well aware.

I have seen a blockmaking Machine here like
Taylor's.
